Phase One runs for the first seven weeks and focuses on foundational growth through weekly masterclasses complemented by practical challenges designed to build real-world skills and discipline.
Phase Two transitions participants into one-on-one mentorship, where each mentee is paired with a carefully selected mentor, specifically aligned to their goals, interests, and career path—ensuring personalised guidance and meaningful development.

OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM
